Shannon

Shannon, Client Care Coordinator at Dion Hearing Centre

Shannon was born and raised in Windsor Essex County, and has made it her permanent home.

As our Client Care Coordinator, Shannon has many responsibilities. She is the first person to greet the clients with a warm smile when they enter the office. She is here to answer phones, book appointments, answer question or just to have a friendly chat while you wait for your appointment.

Shannon loves being able to engage with the patients as well as being a part of their Hearing Health Journey.

In her free time, she enjoys being with her family and being the biggest cheerleader for her girls during their hockey games!
