I just wish that I had HEARD about you long ago. I have felt like I was under water for over three months, and three visits to the family doctor, who tried to drain the wax to no avail . I also went for a hearing test . They said I needed hearing aids, but first I should visit your office . I’m sure glad that I did. Brilliant Magic thank you , so much.

I think his name was Jason...Wow he REALLY helped me out! My receptor broke on my hearing aid right before Christmas holiday. Connect Hearing refused to fix it because it was too old and they didn't have the part, supposedly. With Christmas, my car insurance and everything else coming all at once. It really was not a good time to buy new hearing aids. I took my hearing aid in there. He had the part and fixed it right there on the spot for VERY reasonable. I then asked about ear wax cleaning. My left ear felt clogged. He looked and discoveredI somehow got a dome stuck in my ear from my hearing aid. I felt so stupid. It wasn't too deep so he was able to remove it. I can hear so much better now. He did that service very reasonably as well and saved me a trip to the emergency room. When I'm ready to get new hearing aids I'll be coming back to this place instead of Connect Hearing. Very nice caring and excellent service. Thank you very much. Highly recommend.

Fantastic does not describe what Jason at Dion Hearing can do! Lost my hearing in right ear years ago and was told I needed a cochlear implant. For years I have watched my husband struggle with hearing loss. He was told 10 years ago that he needed hearing aids, but was not ready to make that commitment. He often said that I was his ears. We recently became a wear that there is a link between hearing loss and dementia. This information prompted us to both get our hearing checked. I am happy to say that my husband now is wearing hearing aids. This little device has made a world of different in his quality of life. He can hear the wind blow when outside, hear the turn signal on the car and when spoken to voices are not mumbled any longer. Three days after receiving his hearing aids we were out for dinner with 8 couples and my husband was able to carry on a conversation with people at the table which was something he had not been able to do for years. He no longer feels isolated which earing loss can cause. Many thanks to the Dion Hearing Centre. Your professionalism is greatly appreciated.

Had a hearing test today. Was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist and waited for a few minutes in a clean and bright waiting area. Jason, the Hearing Specialist, took care of me in a very professional manner. He, too, was very pleasant, and took the time to explain how the test would be handled, and then fully explained the results afterwards. I was extremely satisfied with my overall experience and will definitely go back again.

I have been very impressed with both Jason and Shannon. I have found their clinic to be very professional, responsive...what you hope to your audiologist experience to be. I asked a few questions before committing, and did my due diligence. I found the information that Shannon provided to be exactly correct - for example, to get an appointment at a Costco hearing centre entails a waiting time of months. I found the huge hearing companies would spam and harass me when I made a enquiry - who wants that. Jason was thoughtful and thorough. I was impressed with the vast welcoming area of his office. Right away I was greeted by Jason. He explained every step of the examination. Afterwards he went over his findings and recommendations. The office is very welcoming and laid back, not intimidating at all. The complimentary hearing test only took 30 minutes, and Jason fully explained the results to me. Although I have a bit of hearing loss in my right ear, he did not push me to get a hearing aid in light of me saying that I was not struggling at all with communication or hearing in different situations. I would highly recommend Dion Hearing Centre to anyone who is even just curious about their hearing.
