When you enter our clinic, our friendly reception staff will welcome you and guide you through the check-in process. You'll then be invited to relax in our comfortable waiting area, where refreshments are available.

What occurs during a hearing assessment?

Our comprehensive hearing assessments are conducted by our experienced hearing instrument specialists. The assessment includes a visual examination of your ears as well as various tests to evaluate your hearing capabilities and identify any specific concerns. We use state-of-the-art equipment to ensure accurate and detailed results.

Can I bring someone with me to the appointment?

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring a family member or friend to your appointment. Having a trusted companion can provide additional support, and they can also contribute valuable insights during the consultation.

How long will the appointment last?

Your first appointment will typically last around 60 minutes. This allows us to conduct a thorough assessment, discuss your results and explore the best options tailored to your needs.
