With our Adoption Plan, you transfer care to us, and we become your long-term hearing care partners. It’s ideal for people who understand better hearing is a journey, not a destination.

This Includes:

A comprehensive audiological evaluation, meticulously designed to identify even the most subtle hearing issues, ensuring no detail is overlooked
Hearing aid fitting that is configured to address your specific hearing challenges, providing clarity and comfort unparalleled by generic devices
Follow up appointments to provide ongoing support and counselling to ensure that your journey to better hearing is smooth and fulfilling
Access to two preventative maintenance checks to continually monitor, test and carry out preventative maintenance on your devices to prolong performance

This Includes:

Preventative maintenance checks to monitor, test and carry out preventative maintenance on your devices to prolong performance
Programming and adjustments of your devices
Firmware updates
In office hearing aid repairs with our team of specialized technicians and hearing aid repair experts proficient in diagnosing and rectifying a wide range of issues, from minor malfunctions to complex technical repairs
